A complete Infantry webbing system stitched to a reduced height pad that is more comfortable than any of our previous versions
Manufactured entirely from MOD and US Mil spec material. The pouches are 1000 denier nylon Multicam Cordura lined with 1000 denier nylon and are IRR spec
The pouches are abrasive resistant giving a longer life span and are more supple and lighter than PVC lined pouches whilst still being water resistant
The pad has extra thick black spacer mesh which retains its structure and shape under compression, it flexes and hugs the body contours far better than the foams used by other companies which tends to degrade over time
The pad has a stitched in anti-curve pattern and the mesh allows air to circulate and doesn't hold water
The pad is shaped to allow your legs free movement without rub and pads the hips from pressure
The yoke attatchment points are metal welded rings giving increased strength when under weight stress (Cas Extraction)
All the stitching is with a special thread that is manufactured to JayJays own spec.
The belt is stitched through the back panel of the webbing and fitted with a roll pin buckle and a triglide buckle to lock it off
The roll pin is freely adjustable for length, it can be easily removed as it is not stitched down so you can change it to the buckle of your choice
A cobra buckle can be fitted as an option if required
The webbing is designed to fit the standard issued yoke, our PLCE yoke, molle yoke or under armour yoke (not supplied)

A brand new version of our very succesful Molle Hippo Pad.
After listening to the imput from soldiers on current ops and regimental duties we have designed this new belt to accommodate the following;-

SHAPE, the belt is now longer at the front so that it transfers weight to the hips instead of straight onto the shoulders. It is a lot slimmer than our previous version being 15.5 cm wide
It is cutaway on the bottom front to allow better movement of the legs and alleviates rubbing.
One end has a opening to allow excess belt to be stowed away.

MOLLE - All 3 rows are Molle which accomodates issue pouches and our own design pouches so that they fit very snugly and tight on the belt.
